RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY
B-enchanted.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your unworn item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value. Enchanted Intimates will issue refunds in the form of store credit for returned items provided all the below conditions are met.
- Unworn items returned within 10 days starting from the delivery date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of more or equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Please note some items are non returnable for personal hygiene reasons for your protection.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tags attached. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense and is not eligible for return, exchange nor credit.
- If expectations are met, you will receive a store credit. Shipping fee not included.
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us pictures with dates shown at email@example.com We will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue. You will receive a Full Refund in your original form of payment.
All items are returned to Enchanted Intimates at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to email us for return instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org
- A tracking number for the returned package must be provided by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Enchanted Intimates. Failure to do so may result in delays or not being able to process your return.
Enchanted Intimates reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the terms of our Exchange Policy.
