WHERE’S MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.
HEY, I SEEN AN ITEM BUT IT’S NO LONGER INSTOCK?
We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, our lingerie is priced to sell and we urge you to make decision in a timely manner before someone else does. Still not sure? E-mail us at email@example.com with any questions before you buy. (We will try to respond to these types of emails as prompt as possible. For a quick reply type “Quick question before I buy” in the subject line) If the item you're in love with is currently out of stock. We continue to advertise these items. We often restock our Hot Buy items and if that is not possible we replace them with a similar style. Please keep checking back on our site and Instagram page for any restock updates.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Of course. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for details on how you can exchange your item for another item of equal value or for store credit.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No. Once the order is placed it is processed immediately to ensure a speedy arrival. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it. We will kindly exchange your item once you receive and return it according to Exchange Policy.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
Damn sell! We apologize for not having enough stock. We clearly under estimated the projected orders quantities or rare occasions an item you ordered was suddenly unavailable. We promise that these cases are uncommon. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
I FORGOT TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we unable to make any changes to your total as we are unable to manually adjust the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the promo code is still valid.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?
When we receive your return, we will process the return within 14 business days. Once processed, you will receive a store credit code at the email address you provided at the original time of purchase. Please check your spam folder for if you do not see the Gift Card/ Store Credit in your inbox.
MY DISCOUNT CODE doesn’t WORK? DO
- Double check you entered the code correctly as our codes are case sensitive. Try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.
- Verify the terms and conditions of the discount code to ensure it’s still valid.
- Occasionally, we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
- Exclusive Promo Codes from us cannot be used in combination with any other discount code. Frequency of the codes are subject to change but will be define in the terms and conditions portion of the promo.
